Head of Sales KNX Building Automation Germany (f/m/d).

We are looking for a leader to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area, manage marketing and sales action plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, and coach the Marketing and Sales function.
Responsibilities
* Grow KNX building automation product and solution business in Germany.
* Build a strong KNX building automation dedicated sales organization.
* Create, plan, and implement the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
* Lead the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
* Oversee the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluate pricing impact with the Product Management team.
* Define key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establish metrics and tools to monitor performance.
Qualifications
* Solid sales and leadership experience with strong knowledge of the KNX market.
* Passion for growing the business in the KNX market and expanding the sales and marketing team.
* Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar; MBA preferred.
* Fluent German (native) and English (professional level).
* Strong communication skills, experience in building a sales channel (Electrical System Integrator), motivating the sales team to specify the KNX product and pursue KNX projects, and building a new customer base.
* Strong collaboration mindset across different organizations and functions.
