Investment Banking Vice President - Frankfurt
I am currently partnering with a highly reputable boutique investment bank in Frankfurt that is looking to strengthen its senior deal team and they are seeking a high-caliber Vice President to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions. • Oversee complex financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes. • Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members (Analysts and Associates). • Support Managing Directors with deal origination and drafting client pitches. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and external advisors.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of M&A / Investment Banking experience (Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique background preferred). • Proven track record of successfully executing end-to-end M&A transactions. • Advanced technical skills in financial modeling and valuation. • Experience leading deal teams and managing transaction workstreams. • Native/fluent German and excellent professional English.
