Your tasks
1. Global responsibility for the conception, planning, budgeting, implementation and evaluation of all B2B events (trade fairs, congresses, customer events, webinars, hybrid formats, internal events)
2. Further development of a globally uniform event framework, including guidelines, quality standards, checklists and KPIs
3. Technical advice and support for regional event and marketing teams in local implementations
4. Ensuring that global campaigns, trade fair appearances and corporate standards are rolled out consistently and in line with the brand in the regions
5. Central interface for events to sales, FAE & AE (demo construction), product management, HR (employer branding) and external partners
6. Moderation and management of event stakeholders, including expectation management, prioritisation and decision-making processes
7. Presentation of concepts, budgets and results at management level
8. Creation and coordination of advertising materials, giveaways and print media
Your profile
9. Degree in event management, communication/media studies, marketing or comparable training
10. At least 3 years of experience in event management, ideally in a B2B environment
11. Proven experience in project management for large and complex events, including budget responsibility
12. Experience in stakeholder management and working with international teams
13. Very good knowledge of event conception, live communication, project management and budget control
14. Good understanding of brand management and corporate design guidelines
15. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Premiere).
16. Experience in using event tools, CMS/CRM systems and digital event platforms is an advantage
17. Business fluent communication in German and English in cross-functional teams
18. High quality awareness and organisational skills
19. Ability to structure processes and roll out standards globally
