We’re seeking a visionary Principal Software Engineer (all genders) to architect and drive the development of our flagship cloud-native AI product. Activities You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product’s technical direction, influencing engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization including steering groups within our parent company. This is a functional leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration that reports to the Head of Engineering. Requirements Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership of larger engineering teams. Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, cloud platforms). Strong background in frontend and backend web development (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python). Solid understanding of the automotive domain, especially autonomous driving, robotics and computer vision. Knowledge around autonomous driving scenarios, simulations and safety is a plus.
