As a Lead Executive Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team within the Building Automation sector. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in helping the team achieve its strategic objectives. You will report directly to the President of Building Automation, Europe and youu2019ll work out of our Rolle, Switzerland location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making processes that drive the success of our Building Automation business in Europe. Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared and informed. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration. Arranging Monthly Operating System (MOS): Overseeing the scheduling and organization of calendars and meetings, ensuring efficient coordination, effective communication, and timely documentation of proceedings. Travel arrangement & Expense Reporting: Taking care of all aspects related to travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc. Handling the reporting of expenses incurred during business activities. External customer communication: Managing communication with external clients or customers. Manage internal workshops: Overseeing and coordinating internal workshops or training sessions. YOU MUST HAVE Proven experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5 years of experience in an executive support role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
