We are looking for a senior expert to lead our analytics team. This is a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and ensuring we measure and report on our performance effectively.
Deine Aufgaben
* Develop strategies for automating measurement and further digitizing our Lidl media mix along the customer journey
* Establish international standards for planning, measuring, and reporting (digital) KPIs
* Support setting up and rolling out the international AdTech stack as well as managing interfaces to MarTech systems
* Set up reporting & dashboards in collaboration with other expert areas and further develop analysis & reporting processes for campaign data
* Conduct specific analytics projects such as econometric & attribution modeling
Dein Profil
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Analytics-Funktion
* Erfahrung und Verständnis im Umgang mit Taxonomien, komplexen Daten, Modellings & (digitalen) KPIs sowie Implementierung datenbasierter Marketing-Standards
* Affinität und Erfahrung mit digitalen Media- und Marketingsystemen (z.B. Power BI, Looker, Analytics, GMP, DSPs, CMS, DMP, CDP)
* Führungserfahrung
* Bereitschaft für eine Vor-Ort-Präsenz von 1-2 Tagen pro Woche
