We are looking for a motivated working student to join our e-commerce team and support both daily operations and strategic projects. The role is split between website management (approx. 60%) and email & marketing automation (approx. 40%), with flexibility depending on seasonal campaigns or business priorities. You will also directly support the Director E-Commerce with research, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Website
* Support website content updates, product launches, and campaign integrations
* Assist in optimizing user experience and performance through testing and quality assurance
Email & Marketing Automation
* Prepare and set up email campaigns in HubSpot
* Collaborate with the email team for final QA and approval
* Assist in building basic automation flows and journeys
Support for Director E-Commerce
* Conduct research on AI, competitors, new tools, and best practices
* Handle small organizational and analytical tasks as needed
Your Profile
* Enrolled student in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
* Interest in digital commerce, websites, and email/marketing automation
* Basic understanding of CMS tools and/or email marketing platforms (Hubspot as a plus)
* Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
