Tasks
As a Founder’s Associate focused on Go-to-Market, you’ll work at the frontlines of distribution, outreach, and monetization. Your mission: help turn our existing tech assets into real traction by identifying ideal users, engaging them, and testing what converts.
We’ve recently launched our first public API — a market intelligence engine for discovering competitors, lookalikes, and acquisition targets. If you want to check it out search for "Market Intelligence: Competitors, Lookalikes, and more" on RapidAPI.
Your job will include finding smart, creative ways to get this API into the hands of the right users — whether agents, internal tool builders, or early adopters looking for structured market data.
We are a young company founded by repeat entrepreneurs who’ve built startups, launched a data-driven VC fund, and supported over 20 early-stage companies across Europe. Now we’re building the foundational data layer for the agentic AI age.
From Day 1, you will:
* Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across segments (startups, scaleups, SMEs)
* Research and build lead lists using LinkedIn, web data, and internal signals
* Run structured outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to test messaging and value props
* Drive cold outreach and first conversations with high-potential prospects
* Help evaluate use cases like competitor discovery, acquisition target sourcing, and market mapping
* Track outreach performance and iterate quickly to improve results
* Support early pricing, conversion, and onboarding experiments
* Collaborate with founders to prioritize sales learnings into product feedback
The ideal outcome of your internship: we close new customers and find a scalable GTM playbook for the revenue stream you own.
This is a fast-paced, results-driven role. If the fit is strong, a follow-up working student or full-time offer is possible.
Note: This internship does not come with a fixed salary — but you’ll earn a generous commission for every deal you help close. The role is fully optimized for upside.
Requirements
* You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
* Previous experience in sales, business development, growth, marketing, or customer research is a plus
* Strong written communication skills — you enjoy crafting crisp, persuasive messages and outbound copy
* Confident engaging with prospects and users, even in cold outreach settings
* Structured and analytical thinker — you can track what works and iterate quickly
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and outcome-driven
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Benefits
* Extreme learning curve through direct collaboration with the founding team — ideal preparation for aspiring founders, go-to-market leaders, or early-stage commercial operators
* Exposure to frontier topics like agentic systems, LLMs, embeddings, and structured data infrastructure
* Build a strong portfolio of real deliverables — from ICP definitions and campaign reports to outbound workflows and customer insights
* Ongoing support after the internship with references, warm intros, and career guidance — past interns have gone on to roles at Anthropic, Lakera AI, Speedinvest, Earlybird, Redalpine, and more
* Performance-based financial bonus for every deal you directly help close
* Possibility of a follow-up offer as a working student or full-time team member, depending on fit
This is a voluntary internship for a maximum of 3 months or a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as part of a university degree. Please indicate your eligibility in your application.
Remote-first and async-friendly setup — work from anywhere, with full ownership and flexibility.
