This recruitment is managed by an external HR consultancy on behalf of multiple international companies operating customer support centers in Greece.
It is a Customer Service role requiring fluency in German language, supporting large, well-known global brands in e-commerce, consumer electronics, digital services, and financial platforms (e.g. Dyson, Disney, Zalando, PayPal, Booking.com, Viva Wallet, Daimler Truck).
We need German native or fluent speakers. You will support your language-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with client procedures
* Document interactions in internal systems
* Meet defined quality and productivity targets
* Escalate complex cases when required
Work Location
* On-site roles: Athens, Greece
* Remote roles: work from anywhere in Greece after registration
Working Hours
* Full-time schedules, standard office hours
* Evening or weekend shifts may apply depending on the project
Trial Period
* Two-month trial period from the start date
Requirements
* Full fluency (C1–C2) in German language
* English proficiency (minimum B2)
* Willingness to relocate to Greece
* EU citizenship is mandatory (non-Greek residence permits are not accepted)
* Customer service experience is not mandatory
* Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
