Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Inside Sales& Powertrain Manager, the Inside Sales SpecialistClutches & Brakes is dedicated to specific Accountsand is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans/programs, with a strong focus on Clutches & Brakes products.The Inside Sales Specialist will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.To enhance response time and customer experience, the Inside Sales Specialist will also manage front-end customer care processes, including quotations and order entry
Major Responsibilities:
1. Develop, foster and establish a sustainable relationship to the assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities.
2. Embrace industry practices and appropriate digital business tools to drive results.
3. Leverage virtual selling tools to execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota: 1) Purposeful account planning, 2) Time and territory management, and 3) Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency 4) Value added solutions selling
4. Act as an advocate for the accountsand assigned customer base by providing training and facilitating communication between the customer and Regal Rexnord via digital means.
5. Maximize new business and cross-selling opportunities via the execution of BU Playbooks.
6. Work collaboratively with Field Sales Teams to deliver exceptional sales and customer support.
7. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate channel partner needs on an ongoing basis, drive adoption of company programs among assigned channel partners and educate end users and distributors on differentiation and value of Regal Rexnord Products
8. Manages internal and external customer inquiries, quotes, and orders by following established standard operating procedures and utilizing SAP across all EMEA C&B sites
9. Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
10. Works with internal partners (Credit, Planning, Shipping, etc…) to drive resolution on customer-impacting issues
11. Handles customer inquiries with product knowledge (Clutches and Brakes)
Job Requirements:
12. Be technically curious and competent in building the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord Clutches & Brakes products in served markets. Engage proficient technical support as required.
13. Sales and/or Marketing experience in a solutions-selling environment in B2B industry dealing with OEM, End-Users and Distributors. Industrial manufacturing or Clutches and Brakes industry experience preferred and BA/BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field
14. Experience with Salesforce, SAPand BI Tools
15. Passion to drive Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
16. Ability to effectively make digital presentations
17. Language: English (fluent), any other European language is a plus
18. Travel up to 20% is required
