My client, a growing consulting firm within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector currently have an urgent requirement for a talented Market Access & HTA Manager to join on a permanent basis to support projects related to health technology assessment and market access strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical evidence, healthcare policy, and reimbursement processes within Germany and across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include: Analysing and summarising clinical trial data and outcomes Conducting systematic literature reviews to identify relevant clinical evidence Researching clinical guidelines for the relevant therapeutic areas Developing detailed disease overviews, including current treatment pathways and unmet medical needs Investigating epidemiological data and healthcare cost information Supporting the evaluation and documentation of indirect treatment comparisons and real-world evidence Preparing clear and structured outputs from analyses, including slide decks, written reports, and publications Contributing to projects linked to HTA procedures, such as early consultations, submission support, and stakeholder engagement activities in Germany and at the EU level
You should have: A Master’s or equivalent degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, public health, health economics, or a related discipline Strong interest in preparing drug dossiers (AMNOG and EU-HTA) Some initial exposure to the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector (e.g., internships, research projects, or early professional experience) A strong interest in HTA, market access, and pharmaceutical value assessment Familiarity with the German healthcare system or pharmaceutical market and/or evidence-based medicine methodologies is beneficial Excellent written and spoken German and English
