Job Opportunity: Corporate Administrator

* Account Relationship Management: Support multiple moderately complex client accounts, ensuring timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes covered by this role.
* Legal Administration: Organize and supervise the day-to-day legal administration of investment funds, securitization vehicles, and other legal entities domiciled with the client.
* Coordination: Liaise with internal and external parties to address client queries, including non-routine issues.
* Meetings: Organize and hold board and shareholder meetings and prepare and follow up on related documents/minutes/action items.
* Corporate Documentation: Prepare essential corporate documents: power of attorneys, circular resolutions, etc.
* Filings: Support filings with the CSSF and Luxembourg Business Registers.
* Guidance: Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
This role requires a strong background in legal administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure while being organized and rigorous. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to manage client relationships, documenting corporate actions, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance purposes. If you have experience in corporate governance, have excellent organizational skills and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, then you may be interested in this position. In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify solutions to complex problems and provide expert advice to senior managers.

Requirements
