What you need for this
Required skills:
* 4+ years of project management experience
* German level C1 or fluent
* Proven experience with the Automotive domain
* Experience in managing projects of 30+ people
* Strong technical background (software engineering or testing) with the ability to deeply understand the scope/priorities and engage in technical discussions with stakeholders and project teams
* Daily presence in the Intellias delivery location (Ingolstadt)
* Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity
* Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish solid working relationships with clients
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer;
* Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
