Your future tasks
As HRIT Systems & Solutions Manager, you will take a key role in shaping and managing CHG's global HR technology landscape. With a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HRIT systems that support our global HR organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
1. Driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and supporting the design of CHG's future global HRIT architecture
2. Translating HR process requirements into smart, scalable system solutions in alignment with business goals
3. Capturing and assessing new HRIT demands from stakeholders, evaluating their business value and feasibility
4. Acting as a trusted partner for HR teams, managers, and users—facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, and clarifying system-related queries
5. Delivering attractive, cost-efficient HRIT solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support CHG's people strategy
6. Providing regular communication and feedback to business stakeholders on the status and progress of ongoing initiatives
7. Collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions
8. Managing the HRIT project and operational budget, including planning, monitoring, and adherence to financial targets
9. Overseeing quality assurance and release testing for new system functionalities, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
10. Leading communication and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and engagement across global stakeholder groups
Requirements
11. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIT systems
12. Deep understanding of HR processes and their requirements
13. Good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration
14. Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers
15. Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate complex requirements into technical solutions
16. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
17. Proven project management experience including budget responsibility
18. Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions
