Administrative Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting: Review of invoices, creation of payment instructions
* Management of budgets: Preparation of intermediate reports for budget planning, monitoring of funds during the current fiscal year according to municipal double-entry accounting principles, if necessary preparation of budget transfers
* Preparatory tasks (assistant to the management, correspondence, and organizational tasks, request processing, research, preparation and follow-up of meetings, updating the internet presence of the department for building and urban development, data collection of council documents in relevant software)
* General absence cover at the reception desk and telephone switchboard of the town hall as well as in the office
Requirements:
1. Completed training as an administrative assistant or completed training in a commercial field with preferred professional experience in the construction industry
2. Sound knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office
3. Willingness to learn specialized computer programs
4. Commitment to ongoing professional development
