Aufgaben:
* Act as a process owner defining, implementing, and maintaining processes, standards, and guidelines across Hardware R&D
* Accountable for leading projects related to process improvements
* Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
* Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects
* Conduct trainings and workshops for engineers and new hires
* Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
* Analyze and continuously improve Hardware R&D processes based on feedback, KPIs, and best practices
* Act as an interface between engineering, quality, and IT to align processes, tools, and data flows
* Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of engineering tools and process-related systems
Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field
* Several years of professional experience in CAD process engineering, CAD administration, or engineering methods
* Experience with PDM/PLM systems and their integration into engineering processes
* Proven experience in process definition, standardization, and optimization
* Solid understanding of product development workflows in an R&D environment
* Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration
* Structured and analytical way of working
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams
* Advanced English and basic German language skills
