Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hügelsheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Teamleiter Lifecycle Engineering (m/w/d), der die technische Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios übernimmt und unser Lifecycle-Engineering-Team erfolgreich führt.
Deine Aufgaben:
1. Technische Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres bestehenden Produktportfolios über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg
2. Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Lifecycle-Engineering-Teams
3. Ressourcen- und Aufgabenplanung inkl. Priorisierung, Kapazitätssteuerung und Terminverfolgung
4. Entwicklung und konstruktive Umsetzung von Produktoptimierungen
5. Planung und Durchführung technischer Analysen sowie Ableitung, Definition und Begleitung erforderlicher Produkttests (Verifikation/Validierung)
6. Bewertung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung technischer Änderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätsmanagement, Regulatory Affairs, Produktion und Supply Chain – gemäß Change-Management-Prozessen
7. Analyse von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Testing & Analysis sowie Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen
8. Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder sowie Aufbau relevanter Kompetenzen
Dein Profil:
9. Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Maschinenbau oder in einer vergleichbaren Ingenieurdisziplin
10. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion und Produktpflege
11. Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit Autodesk Inventor
12. Erfahrung in der Entwicklung bzw. im Lifecycle von Medizinprodukten
13. Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und Dokumentationsprozessen
14. Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes bereichsübergreifendes Verständnis
15. Hohe Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Herangehensweise
16. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
