A rare opportunity exists for outstanding Omni-channel Stock Associate to join our new store opening in Hamburg. The successful candidate's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ONLINE ORDERS To ensure Online orders are processed in accordance with Zimmermann “Online Store Policy and Procedure”, without exception To pack all allocated online orders to the highest standard of presentation To manage and support all expedited and hand delivery services To ensure invoicing and packing is completed according to client and Zimmermann guidelines To ensure 100% accuracy in dispatch, keeping in mind the end client experience To ensure the Online orders received are dispatched from the store in the required timeframe To manage the inventory of Online related stationery supplies, and re-order as necessary To ensure there is no incidence of negative feedback from Online Store clients To remain in regular communication with the CS/Ecommerce teams and reply within the required timeline To report issues that will impact the client experience to the CS and Ecommerce Operations Teams STOCKROOM ORGANISATION To maintain the organization of the stock rooms and other storage spaces To ensure stock is organized by Collection group RTW / SWIM, category, colour and size To systematically re-organize the stock rooms to work in line with the delivery calendar and requirements of each season To ensure stock room is organized in line with BOH standards that prioritize efficiency for the sales team working with clients STOCK INVENTORY ASSISTANCE To investigate any online related stock issues and discrepancies that arise from stocktake and liaise with the Store Manager and Stock Controller with the findings The successful candidate will have a background in stock and in online fulfilment, hold strong multitasking skills and be a team player whilst enjoying a fast-paced work environment. They will also be analytical and thorough when referring to stock control. Why work with us?
