About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project in the financial services domain. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and document business processes, and to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and coordinate business requirements with stakeholders
* Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify and refine business needs
* Analyze, optimize, and document business processes
* Conceptualize features and solutions aligned with business objectives
* Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear user stories
* Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
* Conduct and support functional testing to ensure requirements are met
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within software development projects
* Strong experience in requirements engineering and process management
* Proven ability to work in cross-functional and agile teams
* Experience in the financial services environment (strong advantage)
* Knowledge of leasing processes is a plus
* German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (CEFR)
* Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
* Ability to commit to a long-term engagement
Optional / Nice to Have:
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence
* Experience or certification in SAFe
* Experience or certification in SOFICO Miles
