Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end payroll for Luxembourg-based employees (Employer of Record model), ensuring compliance with local regulations.
As a seasoned Freelance Payroll & HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing and reconciling internal payroll reports and expense collections
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including mandatory deductions
* Collaborating with product and operations teams to improve payroll tools and workflows
* Responding to complex payroll and HR-related queries from clients and employees
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Luxembourg payroll and HR operations
* Strong knowledge of local legislation and compliance standards
* Fluent in French and English
* Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly adapt to new systems (Apsal is a plus)
* Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
