Our Finance department is responsible for the design and continuous development of global finance processes and group-wide reporting, creating transparency and enabling effective financial steering across our international organization. As Business Analysts, we analyze processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure that finance and reporting tools meet global business requirements. In doing so, we provide a solid basis for informed decision-making and scalable, future-ready finance processes.
Your Tasks
Act as a key link between central finance and global subsidiaries to ensure alignment of financial processes, ERP standards, and reporting requirements
Support and coordinate the rollout of ERP solutions (Microsoft Business Central) in international subsidiaries, including preparation and facilitation of workshops
Analyze local business and finance requirements and translate them into standardized ERP and reporting solutions
Conduct and coordinate user testing, ensure solution quality, and support go-live and post-implementation phases
Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to define reporting requirements and support the development of Power BI reports
Your Profile
Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a comparable field
Experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or finance transformation projects (ideally Microsoft Business Central); hands-on experience in accounting or controlling is a plus
Strong understanding of finance processes combined with a high affinity for data, reporting, and analytics (e.g. Power BI; Fabric knowledge is a plus)
Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (25%) and work in a multicultural project environment

* Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14 .
