As one of Europe’s leading InsurTechs, backed by Allianz X, Portage, and White Star Capital, our purpose is simple: Here is how you can shape our journey as Affialiate Marketing Manager (m/f/d):
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Affiliate Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our affiliate program and accelerate its growth across the UK for our Tom and Polly brands, Germany and Switzerland. You will be responsible for the full affiliate lifecycle — from identifying and onboarding new partners, to nurturing long-term relationships and driving continuous performance improvements. You will report directly into the Head of Partnerships and collaborate closely with our in-house creative, marketing, product, technology, and analytics teams. This cross-functional approach will allow you to leverage internal expertise, align campaigns with wider marketing goals, and ensure that affiliate activity integrates seamlessly with broader business objectives.
You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, optimise campaigns, and build a world-class affiliate program, while being supported by a talented global marketing team.
