We are looking for a full-time internal sales representative at our location in Bremen at the earliest possible date.
Your challenges
* Preparation of offers for our existing and prospective customers
* Close cooperation with the sales force and our development and consulting teams
* Continuous optimization of our offer preparation (article master data, texts, processes, etc.) in coordination with the sales management
* Clarification of contractual content directly with our customers
* Creation of order confirmations and support / preparation of order processing
* Maintenance of the internal billing and CRM system, work with our ticket system (Jira from Atlassian)
* Support in the preparation of project, monthly and transaction invoices
* Supporting the sales force by following up on quotations, arranging appointments etc. as well as with internal projects (maintenance of master data / statistics, preparation of sales campaigns etc.)
Your profile
* Relevant professional experience - preferably in the IT and / or logistics sector
* Experience with various ERP / CRM systems and ticket systems
* Interest in new topics in logistics and IT
* Enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex products/services and communicating with customers
* Reliable and meticulous way of working
* High level of commitment, teamwork and communication skills
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
