To strengthen our finance team in Berlin, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Financial Accountant (m/w/d) Tasks Oversee and support accounting and finance operations across regional branches. Ensure accurate recording of daily sales, collections, and financial transactions. Prepare and submit timely internal financial reports and ensure compliance with tax and corporate obligations. Manage payments for suppliers, services, payroll, and commissions according to company policies. Monitor inventories, fixed assets, and support audits and financial reviews. Coordinate with Regional and Corporate Finance teams to maintain transparency and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance in Germany. Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Datev and One Stop Shop) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
