Financial Analyst/ Controller, the position will be based in Rhenoflex Germany that will support local business unit and other SC entities in the group.
. Job description
Provide accurate analysis, product costing, month end reports and work closely with Commercial team and supporting strategic financial decisions to drive company’s growth. The role requires strong analytical skills and understanding of local GAAPs and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
. Key Accountabilities
1. Coordinate with Commercial and Sales Operations team to prepare weekly/ monthly reports and analyses.
2. Assist in month end closing including providing timely reports/ analysis.
3. Analysis of Cost Center reports and preparation of Group/ business reports to support Commercial and Operations teams.
4. Coordinate and assist the annual audit process, includes support on inventory count and stock valuation as per local GAAP, liaise with external auditors, and assess their findings and implement necessary changes.
5. Prepare all monthly/ annual supporting information/ reports for State Statistical Office.
6. Prepare other ad-hoc analysis that the management may assign from time to time
. Education and professional experience
7. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. A professional certification is preferred.
8. Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.
9. Minimum of years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.
10. Strong understanding of financial statistics, local GAAPs and accounting principles.
11. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
12. Proficient user of finance software SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Professional written and spoken fluency in German and English.
