How you will make an impact As Head of Sales, you will drive market growth by landing new clients and expanding revenue through strategic upselling and cross‑selling. You’ll forge strategic partnerships, lead key client relationships and position us as a premier Google partner by collaborating on high‑impact projects and case studies. This role requires a team leader who can navigate and develop a high‑performing sales team in the ever‑changing marketplace. Key responsibilities Grow TRKKN’s market growth through new clients and revenue expansion by GMP upselling, cross‑selling and services. Build and maintain strong client relationships and position TRKKN as a key partner for Google in the market. Support other markets with GMP licenses, create case studies with Google and clients, and participate in Google‑funded local projects. Develop a broader marketing strategy for the German market and execute it with the central marketing team. Serve as a key face of TRKKN Germany towards the market. Develop the sales team by managing talent and career paths, offering learning and development opportunities, and preserving the TRKKN culture. The person we’re looking for At least five years’ experience in sales, customer acquisition and engagement within the online marketing, data analytics and marketing technology industry. Proven track record of driving business growth with outbound lead generation tactics and exceptional consultative selling. Deep technical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud services. Entrepreneurial and sales mindset, passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a desire to be in the driver’s seat of growth. Proven sales and people leader who combines a visionary, strategic mindset with the ability to lead and develop a team. Exceptional executive presence and communication skills in English and German (min. C1), with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders from C‑level clients to key partners at Google. Open to travel Europe‑wide, mostly within Germany, for client meetings and industry events.
