As part of a talented and diverse team, you’ll help shape the growth story of a forward-thinking execution unit.As the Global Lead for Operational Controlling, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting up the global operational controlling landscape, overseeing, and enhancing key financial processes across the organization. 1. Work together with a global team in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and deviation analysis for critical financial metrics, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
2. Establish efficient financial value streams in regional units, supporting the diverse business models of SE GT Digital Grid.
3. Collaborate with international teams to optimize and standardize controlling and reporting processes, transitioning from manual Excel-based workflows to a digital landscape.
4. Oversee CAPEX controlling and reporting.
5. Ensure global harmonized reporting landscape across regions.
6. Support M&A integration process within the area of operational controlling.
What You Bring
7. Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Finance, or a related field
8. Long-term experience, including at least 2 years in a controlling function
9. Proven experience and strong analytical skills in financial controlling, reporting, and process optimization within a global environment.
10. Solid understanding of SAP and financial systems.
11. Proficiency in process improvement, with a track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across international teams.
13. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving transparency and efficiency.
