As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing brand strategies and developing global marketing campaigns that can be adapted across international markets. Your primary objectives will be to enhance brand visibility, generate lead opportunities, contribute to customer experience, drive customer expansion and loyalty, and ultimately support business growth – in close collaboration with the Go-To-Market team and global stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Independently driving the execution of impactful marketing and brand activation initiatives within the framework of the global marketing strategy
* Identifying customer needs and translating complex topics into compelling, customer-centric stories and content that resonate across diverse markets and touchpoints
* Designing and implementing end-to-end international marketing and lead generation campaigns – from strategic planning to execution, including customer journey management across online and offline channels, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization based on insights
* Collaborating closely with Go-To-Market, Regional Marketing Managers, Product Marketing and Sales teams to align cross-regional marketing activities and customer journeys, ensuring a consistent and effective experience across touchpoints
* Guiding, producing and re-purposing high-quality, creative content assets across digital and offline channels (e.g. web, social media, sales enablement, events)
* Acting as a creative and strategic sparring partner for internal stakeholders and proactively bringing in fresh ideas, trends, and innovations that challenge the status quo
* Staying at the forefront of marketing, content creation, and storytelling trends to ensure our brand communication remains impactful and forward-thinking
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing, including exposure to agency environments, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, content creation, and campaign management in an international context
* Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth
* Innovative mindset with a passion for identifying new formats, tools, and storytelling approaches that enhance audience engagement
* Proven experience in improving the customer onboarding experience and driving up-selling and cross-selling opportunities through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tailored messaging
* Enthusiasm for brand building and deep understanding of content strategy, paired with a strong sense for storytelling that elevates the customer experience
* Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform content and campaign strategies
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills – structured, reliable, and with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Business Fluent in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel of about 20%
