About you:
* Degree in laser technology, physics, electrical engineering, photonics, or similar
* Hands-on experience with high-power lasers or optical systems
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools (spectrometers, oscilloscopes, power meters, etc.)
* Skills in CAD or simulation software (NX, Zemax, Ansys, Python) are a plus
* Enthusiasm for teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation
* Proficient communication skills in English
