As VP Finance Strategy, you will play a key role in the development and strategic direction of our global finance organization. Development of an ambitious target picture and strategy for the global finance organization shaping the role of finance: business focused, performance oriented, digital, efficient.
Translation of strategy into actionable projects and management of the transformation roadmap in close collaboration with the Finance Transformation Project Team as well as the central finance functions or local teams.
Responsibility for the conceptual design and management of the finance transformation program, including program management.
Close collaboration with CFOs, global finance leads, and other key departments to ensure successful finance transformation.
University degree in Finance, Business Administration Strategic Management or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in global finance organizations or project management environments; Experience in leading successful transitions within international organizations with a proven track record in managing impactful projects with management attention and a high level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with senior management as well as operational teams to drive change; Fluent in English and German
