In the CRM team, you will play a key role within a lively and committed community. You will be actively involved in exciting and diverse projects that range from consulting and configuration to individual customization of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Our focus is not only on optimizing existing solutions, but also on developing customized applications that meet the specific requirements of our customers.

Your tasks:
1. Supporting our customers in defining integrated solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
2. Assume overall responsibility for the technical implementation and function as an interface between the customer and the development team (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
3. Competent advice to our customers when setting up company-wide CRM platforms with regard to technical implementation.
4. Responsibility for the structured recording of customer requirements within the framework of our CRM project approach model.
5. Leverage Avanade's internal assets, tools, and best practices in application lifecycle management for D365 CE, including data management and data model validation tools, and DevOps YAML pipelines as customizable starting points for each project.
6. Application of proven test frameworks such as Avanade UI Automation with Specflow (BDD - Human Readable Automated Testcases) and use of proven test strategies.
7. Supporting sales in relevant acquisition phases as a technical and/or functional expert.
8. Taking over the leadership of the project team in the development of future-proof solution concepts.
