To support our Inclusive Health Initiative we are looking for a
Working Student *
The position is a part-time position with 19.5 h/week and fixed-term for max. 2 years.
This position is to be filled as soon as possible and located remotely in Germany.
* Assist in the design and planning of research studies, with a focus on evidence gathering
* Conduct background research and literature reviews on topics related to Inclusive Health
* Support the development and refinement of research methodologies
* Assist with data collection, cleaning, and data analysis
* Help prepare research outputs, including reports, presentations, and academic papers
* Contribute to the creation of technical materials for conferences, meetings and events
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Registered Bachelor's or Master's student in Public Health, Disability Studies, Public Policy, Health Care, Epidemiology, Health Care Management, Social Sciences or a related interdisciplinary field with an interest in public health
* Basic understanding of research design and methodology
* Experience with literature reviews and academic writing
* Strong data affinity and familiarity with data analysis tools
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to exercise sound judgment
* Valid permit to work in Germany
* Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM
