Legal Counsel - Procurement & Construction Are you ready to actively contribute to the energy transition with your legal expertise and help shape Europe’s next major green power projects? The Company: A rapidly growing independent green power producer, dedicated to driving the energy transition across Europe. Their focus is on developing, constructing, and operating large‑scale wind energy projects with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. The Role: Provide legal guidance for the development, acquisition, and construction of wind energy projects Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in procurement, technical, and construction areas Handle turbine supply agreements, EPC contracts, and related construction contracts, including VOB/B agreements Support dispute resolution and claims management when required Collaborate with authorities, contractors, and other external partners Help improve and standardize internal processes and contractual templates Assist with data protection and compliance matters as needed The Person: Fully qualified German lawyer 2–3 years of professional experience in private construction law, with solid VOB/B knowledge Enjoys working closely with contracts and detailed legal documentation Independent, organised, and solution-oriented Strong written and spoken German and English Confident with MS Office applications Ideally has experience in both law firm and in‑house roles.
