Your tasks
8. Conception and implementation of change and communication activities
9. Development and implementation of target group-specific communication formats to engage and involve stakeholder groups.
10. Support for the change impact analysis to identify and communicate the professional, organizational, and social implications.
11. Monitoring and stabilization of the change process as well as planning of the individual steps of the change management process.
12. Implementation of project milestones in close coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
13. Conducting a training needs analysis to identify training needs, quantity frameworks, etc.
14. Design of the learning journey, including by defining training formats and content.
15. Creation of specific training materials
16. Training organization, preparation and final implementation
17. Conducting end-user training and monitoring
Your profile
18. Extensive experience in supporting change management in IT projects
19. Experience in creating change impact analyses, learning needs analyses, and learning journeys.
20. Methodological knowledge regarding project management tools, e.g. Jira, Fluence and authoring tools (TTS), as well as agile working methods.
21. Strong teamwork and communication skills
22. Strong customer- and solution-oriented approach
23. Ability to quickly prioritize tasks
24. Working time model: 38 hours/week
