Account Executive (Remote – Germany)

€50–60K base + uncapped commission (~€30K OTE)

This is a remote, full-time role based in Germany. You’ll work in a collaborative, international team and focus on closing new business (~70%) and growing existing clients (~30%).
We’re looking for early-career talent with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales—if you’re an ambitious, proactive communicator with a passion for education, this could be a perfect fit.
What you’ll do:
* Drive the full sales cycle across the DACH region
* Present cutting-edge EdTech solutions to faculty and academic leaders
* Create and deliver your own territory sales plan
* Collaborate with a global team and contribute to exciting projects
* Travel for client visits (~5 days/month)
What we’re looking for:
* 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or digital publishing)
* Fluent German and strong communication skills
* Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote setup
* Passion for education, science, or digital learning
* Bachelor’s degree required
