Satellite System Engineer Opportunity
The selected individual will collaborate closely with the University of Luxembourg's academic team to design and implement innovative reliability and connectivity techniques for multi-orbit satellite systems.
* Contribute to the development of advanced multi-connectivity frameworks for multi-orbit satellites, including GEO-MEO-LEO configurations
* Optimize and experimentally validate MC-based reliability solutions in comparison to single-connectivity baselines
* Engage in research activities related to satellite system connectivity
* Disseminate findings through publications in reputable scientific journals and international conferences
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test advanced reliability and connectivity techniques for multi-orbit satellite systems
Collaborate with the academic team to advance knowledge in the field of satellite system engineering
Ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with the project team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science)
* Expertise in satellite system engineering, reliability, and connectivity
