Key responsibilities
1. Inventory Management: Overseeing and optimizing inventory management processes, ensuring systematic accuracy of inbound and outbound operations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
2. Inventory counts: Planning, executing and analyzing inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
3. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, identify and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
What you should bring with you:
4. You have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
5. You have experience in warehouse operations and WMS systems.
6. Experience in a warehouse and distribution environment with a focus on quality control, inventory management or a related area.
7. You can demonstrate advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
8. You already have experience with inventory management practices, such as inventory counts.
9. You demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on preventing inventory discrepancies and improving process efficiency.
11. You are familiar with industry standard quality control procedures and best practices.
12. You have business fluent German and English skills.
