Financial Strategy & Leadership
* Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
* Provide strategic direction for financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Finance Operations & Compliance
* Oversee accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Optimize cash flow, working capital, and investments (CapEx).
* Ensure robust internal controls and risk management.
Strategic Initiatives & M&A
* Lead M&A due diligence and integration efforts.
* Support audits and compliance with international standards.
Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor a finance team of professionals and managers.
* Drive digitalization and ERP transformation projects.
Show your expertise
* University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Management or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
* Proven track record in high-growth, multinational companies.
* Strong background in manufacturing environments (companies producing physical products).
* Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Prepared to travel internationally.
