We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expert to manage, support, and optimize our SuccessFactors EC module. You will be responsible for the technical configuration, system administration, and end-user support of SuccessFactors EC, ensuring it aligns with our HR processes and delivers a seamless employee experience.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
1. Provide in-depth technical and functional support for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Troubleshoot configuration issues, performance problems, and user errors
2. Manage the day-to-day administration of the EC module, including data management, security settings, workflows, and role-based permissions
3. Oversee integrations between SuccessFactors EC and other HR modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits)
4. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance SuccessFactors EC functionality, streamline processes, and leverage new features and updates
5. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the EC module
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of EC configurations, customizations, and integration processes
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
Show your expertise
8. Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
9. Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central
10. Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting within SuccessFactors
11. Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module functionalities, data models, and configuration tools
12. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SuccessFactors EC
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
15. Fluent in both German and English languages
