The Strategic Sales and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving and optimizing commercial performance of a portfolio of products under Shark-Ninja Brands.
This role involves deeply analyzing the market/sales/customer performance, forecasts, and promotion calendar, and collaborating with sales and marketing to drive weekly commercial reviews and actions.
What You'll Do:
Product Portfolio Management
* Define product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize commercial health of the category.
* Coordinate with category marketing and product development teams to guide new SKU introductions and discontinuations.
* Build strong partnership with sales and marketing functions, and jointly develop and drive commercial plans around the category
Sales Performance Reviews
* Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly category performance reviews and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
* Utilize data analytics tools to track category performance at account level and drive decisions on sales and marketing tactics (analyst support will be available)
* Manage inventory levels to balance supply with demand and minimize obsolescence.
Promotion Management
* Develop and oversee long term and short-term promotional plans to drive category sales and profitability.
* Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and work with sales and marketing to proactively adjust strategies as and when needed.
Coordination and Reporting
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.
* Track and report on category financial performance.

* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
