wonder, considering they're in charge of media relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, with which they shape BCG's image among clients, employees, alumni, and job applicants, as well as the media and general public. Bringing the Group's global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed in the right channel at the right time and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.
What You'll Do
As Working Student—Social Media, you will support our social media team in implementing social media campaigns in Central Europe (CE). You'll create content for BCG's social media presence in Germany and Central Europe and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring our posts and identifying current trends will be just as much a part of your job as creating reports and analyses of our social media campaigns. You'll also support the team in other daily tasks.
What You'll Bring
* You are a registered student in a course of study at an institution of higher education (ideally in business administration, economics, marketing, or communication).
* You ideally have initial professional experience in an editorial department, PR agency, or corporate communications department.
* You are proficient in the MS Office suite.
* You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
* You are interested in business topics as well as topics of the future such as sustainability and artificial intelligence.
* You feel at home on the various social media platforms and always keep your eyes open for the latest trends.
Who You'll Work With
The social media team is part of BCG's CE Marketing and Communications team. The team is comprised of three colleagues. Your supervisor will support you in your integration into the company and your further development. Of course, you can always draw on the experience of your colleagues.
