Client Conversion & Front Desk Performance Manager – Medical/Wellness Clinic – Frankfurt
Join a fast-growing medical and wellness clinic in Frankfurt as a key player in optimizing client conversion and driving daily revenue. As Client Conversion & Front Desk Performance Manager, you will lead the team responsible for turning every client interaction into a successful booking – across all communication channels.
You will manage a team of 3 front desk administrators on-site and 2 online support members, with full accountability for front desk performance, coaching, and revenue results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full client journey at the front desk (in person, by phone, email, social media, and other platforms);
2. Coach, develop, and motivate your team to maximize client conversion into bookings;
3. Monitor and achieve daily revenue targets;
4. Track key performance metrics (conversion rates, booking ratios, etc.) and lead improvement initiatives;
5. Ensure no potential client is lost and that every inquiry is handled professionally and promptly;
6. Conduct daily and weekly performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed;
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to boost client flow and ensure a seamless client handover.
Your Profile:
8. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service – ideally in the medical, aesthetic, or wellness sector;
9. Proven leadership and coaching experience with a track record of improving team sales performance;
10. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
11. Comfortable in a results-driven environment and able to make quick decisions;
12. Proficient in CRM tools and performance data analysis;
13. Fluent in both German and English (oral and written).
