What you’ll bring: 4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital strategy, preferably within sports, gaming, or entertainment industries and executing complex digital marketing campaigns; Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (Master’s preferred); Genuine interest and passion in sports is a must-have; Native German and excellent command of the English language; Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies focused on engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness; Hands-on knowledge of social media management and analytics tools, including Sprout, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics; Demonstrated experience in leading influencer collaborations and leveraging them for content amplification; Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with Betano's brand positioning; Ability to adapt quickly to social trends and oversee real-time social engagement, including crisis communication when needed; Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional departments, and optimizing community management through social listening; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strategic mindset to align social media efforts with business objectives; Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and optimization, including automated data insights for strategic decision-making.
