Compensation and Benefits Expert
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage payroll for university employees in an accurate and timely manner.
* Achieving high standards of accuracy and timeliness in processing payroll for all employees
* Maintaining meticulous records and employee data in SAP systems
* Reviewing and reconciling payroll reports, identifying and correcting errors before final submission
Main responsibilities include maintaining rigorous payroll records, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Luxembourg payroll laws, social security, labor regulations, and tax compliance.
The successful individual will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on compensation packages, benefits, and reporting. They will also maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and industry best practices.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in payroll management in a large organization; previous experience in multinational payroll is advantageous
