Competitive salary package Relocation support, including accommodation assistance and German language training Full administrative and relocation assistance German tax return covered for the first year Permanent German contract with long‑term Airbus projects ⚙️ Team‑building activities and regular follow‑ups Multicultural, inclusive and international environment What you will do Acting as the single point of contact for customers (End User Authorities and Contracting Authorities) for contractual deliverables in the Support & Services domain (civil and military) Supporting Sales and Programme Management in all contractual matters related to Airbus Support & Services contracts Coordinating and monitoring internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of all contractual commitments Defining, monitoring and steering contractual KPIs, including recovery plans when required Reviewing and controlling contract costs, including risks and opportunities Managing financial obligations of the contract, ensuring compliance with revenue, margin, cash and WOC objectives (P&L responsibility or by delegation) What we’re looking for Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field Experience in contract management, ideally within aerospace / defence or industrial services Solid understanding of financial, commercial and contractual management Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills Fluent English (C1) – mandatory German is a strong plus EU citizenship required ✈ Ready to work on Airbus programmes in Germany?
