About the role
As ERP Data Analytics Governance Manager (m/w/d), you will lead data governance and compliance initiatives within our SAP S/4HANA transformation project and beyond. Your role will focus on establishing robust frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory adherence while enabling high-quality data flows that support reporting, planning and data analytics across teams.
Your contribution
* Develop and implement ERP Analytics governance frameworks and policies aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and quality standards such as GxP and SOX
* Collaborate with IT, business, analytics, and compliance teams to define roles for ownership and stewardship of data products while enforcing end-to-end governance standards across the enterprise ERP and analytics landscape
* Lead audit activities to identify risks within ERP Analytics environments and drive remediation plans to maintain compliance and mitigate vulnerabilities
* Facilitate training and awareness programs on data product governance, platform compliance, and best practices to enhance organizational understanding and adherence
* Partner with transformation project teams to embed governance and compliance requirements into the design and deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4HANA solutions
* Take autonomous ownership of systems within the analytics domain, ensuring continuous improvement, accountability, and the maintenance of related documentation
A good match
* University degree or other relevant qualification in an IT-related field (5+ years)
* Proven experience in ERP Analytics governance, system ownership or similar roles within SAP environments (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA)
* Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), security standards, GxP and SOX compliance related to enterprise systems, deep understanding of data and system architectures and the associated processes and services
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
* The ability to handle complexity, combined with a proactive approach to continuous improvement focused on increasing efficiency and a high degree of personal responsibility and commitment to quality
* Fluent German and English
