My client's Services Division delivers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions to EV Hardware manufacturers, EV OEMs, mobility service providers, and automotive partners. This includes software services, interoperability support, systems integration expertise, and consultancy-led delivery of complex charging programmes.

, In this role, you will lead a high-performing team (~20 FTE), work closely with engineering, testing, and product teams, and act as the senior commercial face of the organisation across the automotive ecosystem. You will help shape the next stage of growth and position the business as a trusted partner for OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, consultancies, and major hardware manufacturers.
Further evolve the service proposition for EV OEMs, hardware manufacturers, MSPs, and automotive suppliers.
Automotive OEMs (car & truck)
Tier 1 suppliers
Automotive consultancies (e.g., Consultancy & Project Delivery
Oversee the delivery of large, complex customer projects, often lasting 12–18 months.
Support customers in areas such as interoperability, hardware integration, systems implementation, and operational readiness.
Support pre-sale activities and value proposition development while collaborating closely with technical teams.
Strong background in eMobility, EV charging, automotive technology, or related technical product fields.
A well-established network within automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, hardware manufacturers, or AC charging companies.

Automotive consultancies (Roland Berger, McKinsey, etc.)
Demonstrated success managing long-running, complex technical projects.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
