Our Trading IT Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you
1. Responsible for the complete Trade Life Cycle (Power and Gas, UK and Global)
2. Follow standard UNIPER IT project delivery processes
3. Identify and engage with the stakeholders to classify, document and engineer requirements
4. Lead and facilitate workshops with various levels of stakeholders across the organization from Operational to Director Level
5. First point of contact for Business to be consulted on requirements
6. Work in an international, multi sourced team of Business Analysts and Developers in global distributed delivery model
7. Help to identify and design proper IT-solutions (Solution evaluation & recommendations)
8. Have a holistic view of solutions and understand the wider impacts
9. Challenge requirements and provide alternative solution options (cost/benefit analysis)
10. Be an integral part of the "Business Analyst Community" and help lead and drive best practice within Uniper
* Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to manage complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way
* Sound understanding of the processes, data flows and systems involved in Uniper Global Commodities ETRM and Reporting landscape with a thorough knowledge of the Trade Life Cycle
* Experience in driving and delivering change (taking ownership with a commercial focus)
* Ability to facilitate team discussions to solve technical challenges, especially when they involve negotiation between multiple business or technical stakeholders
* Proven capability for efficient stakeholder communication and management
* Be a self-starter
* Must have worked and steered offshore teams
* Must have owned significant project deliverables in large programs
* Must have created and supported test case and UAT
* Strong team player able to demonstrate experience of working in an international team
* Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
