HRIT People are really pleased to be working with a well-known organisation in Dusseldorf who are embarking on a major HR transformation programme, implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across approximately 2,000 employees. The successful candidate will ensure that the system is configured and deployed in alignment with business needs, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and the external partner, while building sustainable internal capability post-implementation.
Project & Implementation Support:
Act as the internal SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert throughout the implementation lifecycle
Act as the gatekeeper for Employee Central data structures and governance
Support localisation requirements for Germany (and potential future regions)
Bridge communication between HR, IT, and external consultants
Support issue resolution and defect management
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (implementation and/or support)
# Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
# German & English Language is a must
