· Manage Windows OS (7-10), Active Directory, and Group Policies · Support Office 365, antivirus, and encryption solutions · Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues · Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM · Provide helpdesk support via ticketing system · Be available for occasional after-hours support Requirements · Degree in IT or equivalent experience · CompTIA A or MCP certification preferred · Hands-on experience with AD, GPOs, and Office 365 · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills · Ability to multitask and meet deadlines · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Cloud experience (Azure, Intune) · Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN)
